Got questions about promoting GLOWMAFIA.PK? We've got answers. Here's everything you need to know as a GLOWMAFIA affiliate.
Q: How do I join the Affiliate Program? Simply sign up through our Affiliate registration page. Once submitted, our team will review your application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our discretion.
Q: How do I get my affiliate link? Once approved, an affiliate link is automatically generated for you. You can also create custom links for specific products or collections directly from your dashboard.
Q: What if two affiliates refer the same customer? Whichever affiliate link the customer clicks most recently is the one that gets credited for that referral.
Q: Do I get a coupon code too? You may or may not be assigned a personal coupon code — this depends on your affiliate setup, which you can check on your dashboard. If a coupon isn't assigned to you, please don't promote or share one, as it won't be tracked to your account.
Q: What if a customer uses both my link and my coupon code? No worries — you'll still only be credited once. Commissions aren't doubled for using both.
Q: Where can I promote my link? Anywhere! Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), WhatsApp, blogs, or even offline channels like flyers or classifieds — as long as it's honest promotion of GLOWMAFIA.PK.
Q: How is my commission calculated? Your commission is based on a percentage of the order value only — it does not include shipping charges, taxes, or other extra fees.
Q: How and when do I get paid? You'll need to add your payment details in your dashboard settings. Payments are processed according to our set payment schedule (shared in your Affiliate Guide). Only successfully completed orders are eligible — orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded won't be included in your payout.
Q: Can I see my commission status? Yes — your pending and confirmed commissions are visible under the Commission tab, and any completed payouts are listed under the Payment tab.
Q: Do you provide marketing materials? Yes! Banners, logos, and product/collection promo assets are available in the Marketing Tools section of your dashboard — ready to download or embed.
Q: Can I invite other affiliates and earn from their sales? If our Network feature is active, yes — you can invite others to join as your downline. When they bring in sales, you may also earn a network commission based on our program settings.
Q: What is the cookie tracking window? When someone clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed on their device for a set number of days (shown on the affiliate signup page). Any purchase they make within that window is credited to you automatically — they don't need to click your link again.
Q: What happens if a customer blocks or clears cookies? Unfortunately, if cookies are disabled or cleared before checkout, we're unable to track that referral, and it won't be credited to your account.
Q: How is my personal data used? We collect basic details like your email, payment info, and social handles to manage your affiliate account, evaluate your application, and process payouts. Your data is handled securely and is never sold to third parties.
